Breakfast pastries are a delicious, special treat. Typically I’ll splurge and try these goodies when I travel, but we don’t regularly indulge on them at home. Until now. Recently we stayed at The Little Nell in Aspen, Colorado. The Pastry Chef Amy Andrews treats hotel guests to Homemade Pop Tarts, they are served at breakfast and thankfully on the room service menu as well. The fillings vary according to what she has on hand and the results are always spectacular!
